Made of minced mutton, with paste of lentils and chopped onion and coriander and green chillies usually added to the mixture, which is kneaded in a disc-like shape and fried. A binding agent is used to keep the kabab together.
Suggested Cooking Procedure:
Fry in a pan for 3 to 4 minutes. For best results, it is recommended to fry in pure ghee.
